Appointment Booking, Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

At Dr Vatsal Suchak’s Clinic, we value your time and are committed to providing appointments in a timely and organised manner. To ensure fair scheduling and minimise disruptions, all patients are requested to familiarise themselves with the following booking and cancellation policy before confirming an appointment.

1. Advance Booking Deposit

A ₹1,000 advance deposit is required for every appointment at the time of booking. Your appointment will be confirmed once the deposit has been received.

2. Rescheduling or Cancellation on the Previous Day

If you wish to change or cancel your appointment, please inform the clinic on the previous day.

  • Rescheduling: If you request to reschedule your appointment on the previous day, your full deposit of ₹1,000 will be carried forward to your next appointment, with no additional rescheduling charges.
  • Cancellation: If you cancel your appointment entirely, the full deposit of ₹1,000 will be forfeited and will not be refunded.

3. Same-Day Rescheduling or Cancellation

If you need to make a change on the day of your appointment, you must contact the clinic at least 4 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

  • Rescheduling: If you have confirmed your appointment and subsequently request to reschedule it on the same day, ₹250 (25% of the deposit) will be deducted as a rescheduling charge. The remaining ₹750 will be carried forward to your rescheduled appointment.
  • Cancellation: If you decide not to proceed with your appointment, the full deposit of ₹1,000 will be forfeited and will not be refunded.

4. Important Information

  • Please communicate any changes to your appointment directly to the clinic within the specified timeframes.
  • Requests made after the specified notice period may not qualify for the rescheduling arrangements outlined above.
  • Deposits and applicable deductions will be recorded by the clinic.
  • Patients are encouraged to clarify any questions regarding this policy with the clinic team before booking.

Acknowledgement

By proceeding with an appointment booking and paying the advance deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the clinic’s appointment booking, rescheduling and cancellation policy.
