Ms. Shruti Shashidharan (she/her) aims to create a safe, accessible, and collaborative space for her clients and their mental health challenges. She believes in the therapeutic value of holding space for her clients and empowering them for deeper self-work.

She is keenly interested in working with children, adolescents, and young adults. She has gained valuable experience through internships and supervised clinical practice from senior mental health professionals with 10+ years of experience in the field. She is committed to continued learning and professional development to ensure the best therapeutic outcomes for her clients.

She has 1.5+ years of experience helping clients with stress and mood-related concerns, interpersonal issues, academic challenges, self-esteem issues, emotional dysregulation, and personality issues. She utilizes evidence-based therapeutic interventions, drawing largely from Humanistic, Cognitive-Behavioral, and Somatic approaches, tailored to the client’s needs.

Outside her professional life, she enjoys reading and exploring different creative arts.
