Dr . Sheetal Meshram
I approach psychiatry with a quiet belief: that mental health care should feel personal, not clinical. My work blends medical training with a focus on the everyday things that shape us — nutrition, sleep, relationships, and stress. I care deeply about understanding what each person truly needs, especially in the context of women’s lives. Whether someone feels lost, anxious, or simply tired — I aim to offer calm, clarity, and compassionate direction.
My vision is to make mental health care more humane, holistic, and truly accessible.
