Ms. Shruti Shashidharan (she/her) aims to create a safe, accessible, and collaborative space for her clients and their mental health challenges. She believes in the therapeutic value of holding space for her clients and empowering them for deeper self-work. Her therapeutic modality lies in Humanistic, Cognitive-Behavioral, and Somatic practices, tailored to fit the client’s needs. She is keenly interested in working with children, adolescents, and young adults. She has experience helping clients with stress and mood-related concerns, interpersonal issues, academic challenges, self-esteem issues, emotional dysregulation, and personality issues.
