Consultant Psychologist
Abigail is a dedicated psychologist who brings both compassion and expertise to her work. With a M.A in Clinical Psychology and hands-on experience in rehabilitation centers, hospitals, and educational settings, she has spent the past three years helping people navigate challenges ranging from addiction to other mental health concerns. She is passionate about tailoring therapy to suit each individual, blending structured methods with flexible, eclectic approaches. She has also conducted group therapies, taught psychology as a subject and given talks on topics concerning mental health and wellbeing. Her belief in lifelong learning and growth doesn’t just shape her own journey, it’s something she hopes to inspire in everyone she works with.
