Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 1st April 2025

1. Appointment Cancellation by Patient
– 24 Hours Notice: Appointments cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a 100% refund.
– Less Than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.
– No Show: No refund will be issued.

2. Rescheduling by Patient:
– Allowed free of charge if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
– If rescheduling is requested within 24 hours of the appointment, it will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Rescheduling by Doctor:
-In case of unforeseen circumstances, appointments may be rescheduled by Dr. Vatsal Suchak.
-Patients will be informed at the earliest possible and provided with the next available appointment slot.

3. Cancellation by Clinic/Doctor
– In case of cancellations from our end, patients may either reschedule or receive a full refund.

4. Refund Process
– Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
– Initiated within 2–3 business days; may take 5–7 days to reflect.

5. Refund Exceptions
– No refund for services already rendered.
– No refund for delays caused by patient-side technical issues or errors.
